Trunk Revamp

So Last week i noticed my w3 stopped working. I was pretty pissed off becasue this was the 3rd one that has gone on me. So i take it to the place where i got it, thinkin they would give me a new one and it turns out, the one year warrenty ends a year after the day you buy it.(even though i had exchanged it for a new one 2 months ago). Anyways so i figure im out some a sub, so i need a new one so i venture onto craigs list. Where i find an L7 12 in a box, and a kenwood amp(1600 watts). all for 450. Pretty good deal. So i drive to a town about an hour away to meet this guy that works at les schwab, and he tells me to pull around to the green acura in the back. I pull around and its a first gen and i kinda recognize it, turns out its bigpimpin18. I thought that was pretty cool because it was a completely random. Any ways got the new set up from him, its nuts and hits like crazy. I need dynomat so bad now. ANd i hate our deck lid. Heres some pics.( p.s. bigpimpins sue'd looks even better in person, and feels nice too)

and heres one of my car as i walk away(yea i know my weather stripping is hangin out)

before i put my w7 in i put about 60 sq of sound deadening material from here:

http://www.raamaudio.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?p=pr

dirt cheap compared to dynomat and its easy to install. I have pictures of my trunk. There isn't a space of white left in my trunk its all chrome under the trunk cover. I can post pics if you want.

The license plate is a big one, get a dynamat license plate piece or cut a piece to fit, eliminates lots of rattling, the other big one for me was the wing which I filled with dynamat foam in the center support. Then I did the trunk lid and rear deck for good measure but u don't really need to unless you're pushing crazy wattage

Yeah - i'm very considering putting in a 4 channel jl and buying another roll for the cabin and doors. Any suggestions on rear's? Already have these up front:

Installing and running a 4 channel would be a piece of cake since the power is already back there and the speaker wires are back there also since i have bypassed the bose amp.

toget rid of the excess noise you must go all the way! you know your car best and you'll always hear just that little bit that gets on your nerves

I did my whole trunk, rear deck, trunk lid, and door panels, I'm actually putting more on my panels when I take them both off to do my highs amp wires and paint the panels, etc. But to do the wing, I took the 4 bolts off, unhooked the wires, and sprayed dynamat foam inside the center support making sure to mask everything off. Should have taken pics

Trunk lid and rear deck and trunk were easy enough with the spray foam, just gotta tape things off.
The trunk lid is now a solid chunk of foam, and you can't see any of it since it's under the carpet

$10-15 they discontinued it though, so finding the dynashiled at least is not very easy it's still around if you dig though.
