Is it true that they take full onwership of your car if your caught with n2o out here in southern cali? My father said he saw a report about that on the news out in Ontario Cali. Just wondering if it's true.

I think the varies from state to state, but in NY i would believe they would say the car is not safe for use and take ur car to a pound. I do not know what you have to do to reclaim it, or even if it is possible.

No, it's not true. It's true if you get caught street racing they will take your car, or atleast can.

As far as n2o, from everything i've heard you are alright as long as the bottle is not connected. Atleast when I got pulled over the 2 times I had the bottle w/ me the cops both told me it was smart I didn't have it hooked up because then I could get in some trouble.

Yeah, when I first got my nitrous, I was checking that board as well. There was an officer on it too. He could never produce a VC on having nitrous in a car. Just the transporting of it. So, I think it comes down to how cool of a cop stops you. If you get stopped at some street races, I think you won't get a cool cop. When I was just commuting, I would take the tank out. There were too many concerns about having it though. That's why I wouldn't put it into another car.

Thanks for all the info/help guys... I now have my bottle unplugged. I'm going to see if I can get me that green sticker. If I do, I'll see if I can get more than one, and give those that need em some. But I just have no clue as where to go for that sticker, lol. I know I can get flamible stickers from work, lol.
