dynomat the shit out of the back take out your carpet and buy some of it from a local stereo shop or ebay or crutchfield

I used to do custom car installs and Dynamat is a great product but very expensive. I used to go to a paint store called Tills. They had square pieces made out of a similar tar and rubber material that were a lil heavier duty. They worked better than the dynamat for big flatter sections like a trunk lid. The cost was $1.50 12 inx12 in sheet. Talk about a price difference. If I can find a link online for what they were I will post it. I used alot on my custom competition s-10 ext cab pick up. I had no rattles in that vehicle with 4 12's.

rockford fosgate makes this stuff called "liquid skin" or (liquid dynomat) and its like $10 a can...i think its kinda good....i donno....my trunk rattles too but im living with it right now....as long as the systems up, i cant hear a damn thing!! (i feel sorry for the prople at the stop light next to me....) hehe

now your dealing with foam and thats messy i tried to do my trunk once but it failed cause the foam got everywhere and its hard to clean up

I used dynomat and Dap (foam) not as messy and easier to clean up. Did the job, and system sounds better. but it does add weight to the car

get it lined with truck bed lining. or theres rattmat, brownbead, and something at home depo called gutter gaurd or somthign like that but its really heavy

guttergaurd?? haha are we trying to make a grill or dynomat a trunk? Get Dynomat...try facing the subs in a different direction...but def dynomat is the best.
