Trip Gas mileage

Well I just got back from the gas station where I filled the 2.3 CL. It reads like this

396 miles on 10.4 gal of reg. That works out to 38.07 MPG

I love that, what with the price of go juice

It's possible that you had a tailwind.
I use to drive from Connecticut to Virginia in a Honda Civic and I would get 37mpg going and 44 mpg coming back.

I miss my 4 cyl cars . 3.0 can be kinda a gas hog. With gas prices going up I walk to work now when it's 50+ degrees outside.

Yeah, I know what you mean.
I just got a 3.0 about 2 months ago after driving 4 cyl cars for the past 20 years.
I'm averaging around 23mpg now after getting no less than 28 in the 4 cyl.
