Just wondering how bad or if its anything to worry bout cause we were at a school chilling and what not, and theres was a lotta people out there then the cops came and you know the drill when they came all little kids scrambled and cops blocked off the ways out and gave everyone trespassing tickets. is it somting i shold really worry bout like to the point of a lawyer or what? whats usally the outcome

i think it's just a fine.what were you doing? just in the school parking lot after hours? as long as you didnt vandalize or anything your in no kind of trouble.

Up to $250, sometimes they let you go with just court costs if you werent doing anything wrong, just trespassing.

I got a ticket for unlawful assembly. That was about 95 bucks. Your ticket should be around there. You don't have to worry about points or anything, it's a misdemeanor, not a traffic ticket. Only criminal tickets you should worry about, are felonies. 3 strikes, and your out.

I got it from the gathering of too many ricers at the Ontario street races, lol. It was my frist time getting caught, back when the races use to be cool. Now the laws are damn strict, they'll just impound your car just for being there now.

dang thats crazy, yea laws are startin to sux now. and i thought here in Virginia was bad becuz were in the common wealth state but sounds pretty bad there too.

I would fight it as best I could no need having a damn trespass on your record for nothing sounds like bullshit to me. There should be no jail time for trespass but I would try to get it dismissed anyway. Do you attend that school? If so you are not trespassing, unless you were suspended; even if it was after hours was there any reason for you to be there? Such as extra curricular acitvites or whatnot. Be creative man dont lay down for petty police bullshit. I am a certified paralegal and a probation officer and thats what I would do if I were young again knowing what I know now.
