Transmission Service

When a transmission service is done what exactly do they do? Are they supposed to change the fluid, gasket, and filter? Or do they just change the fluid? I'd like to get it done but I want it done right the first time. Should I go to Acura and get it done or wait till the 90,000 service? Thanks in advance people.

They should do all of what you mentioned. From what I have heard, Acura has some kind of deal that gets ALL of the fluid flushed out. Even from the torque converter. I do mine every 15K just to be safe. I did it the first time at 60K and the fluid looked like crap!!
