tranny question

got a new tranny put in and im going to get the car on friday from home, but my mom says that it is shifting at like 6k rpm when going from 1st to 2nd, is that a computer timing problem?

no.. it sounds like something else is up. def not supposed to shift at that high, unless your nailin the throttle.

mine goes at about 4... right when vtec hits....

try replacing the 3rd gear pressure switch. unless its still under warranty. then have acura do it.

check that my mom said it shifts a 4k, when driving normally, is that correct?

Thats what I get with my 99 3.0, cept when I floor it of course

then it shifts perfectly at the redline
