I was wondering if everyone could post their tires sizes and and if they have had any rubbing problems with the width.
I right now have 225/40/18 on a 98 3.0 CL and i wanted to get 235/35/18 i have an eibach prokit with a 1.4" drop i have never had any problems with rubbing but i wanted to go with a wider tire and a lower profile. the 235/35/18 will fit on the rim but i don't know how it will look or perform.

Be careful with 35's. If you have streets with moderate to severe potholes, you'll damage them for sure.

As for the 235's, I believe you'll rub.

I have 225/40/18's and a Pro-Kit and would not go wider or with a lower profile.

The streets around here have already claimed 2 of my rims and 3 tires!

 

i live in sunrise. well the roads are not that bad hear, but i have a really long time to decide, these tires that i have now only have like 3000 miles on them. but i will figure ot out. thanks. anymore help will be greatly appriciated
