so this happened to me about 1 1/2 ago. Had a grinding noise in low gears, but not when in neutral. went away after few weeks, so...like an idiot, i thought it was the shit muffler i had...so i replaced that and all was cool. Now it has come back. Talked with my bro, and he says it sounds like my throw bearings. Also states that if I replace these, i may as well replace the clutch assembly at the same time.

question is this...
1) does that sound like my throw bearings? has this happened to anyone.
2) if I do need to buy a new clutch and throw bearings, where to buy affordably online (besides e-bay please)

'98 2.3 cl 5 speed @ 97k miles.
