Really thinking of putting another stage of nitrous in my 2.3 what do you guys think we did the research and with the compression I am getting at the moment and my new forged pistons she should hold....Really needs some eye opening opinions.....don't hold back

 

What are you spraying now, and how big of a bottle? You just looking to get a different nozzle? Are you doing wet or dry shot?

 

I am spraying a 100 shot, it's a 10 pd bottle. No we are looking at getting a complete set up. I currently have a dry shot and the stage 2 nitrous kit will flow thru the injectors.....so what do you think by the way did you guys ever meet up when you where in jersey

its probaly pretty far from you, its in linden nj in north jersey. it should be a good turn out though.

In all honestly, I don't know much about the f22/f23, but I think you'll need more than just forged pistons to run more than a total of a 125 shot safely.

 

well shiney was running a 100shot on a bone stock F22. with forged pistons he might be alright. depending on how much he uses it.

 

Yea, it really all depends on what the total shot will be. He can run a 75 shot, and a 50 shot safely in my opinion. But I'm thinking he's trying to go with 2 75 shots, or higher. Really hard to give advice without given all the info we need.

 

I am sorry for the delay work's been killing me....at the moment the car has a 100 shot dry shot. I don't really know what the comp ratio is at the moment I know it's changed. What we are lookingon doing is kepping the 100 dry shot and adding another 75 direct port shot.

a couple of reason money and I need to by the wife a car first.....but it will happen soon .So do you think the engine will hold? I am only going to use the 2d stage for the track runs....

 

as long as u dont abuse your privlidges with nitrous the motor probaly will hold up. but not forever. i would look into internal upgrades in the future.
