Hi,
I was browsing around in carparts.com and i looked for acura 3.0cl's upper strut tie bar and found this neuspeed strut bar.
It said in the description
1997-2000 Acura CL, Canada only
1996-2000 Honda Civic, Except Si

Is there a difference between CL in canada and CL in US?
I want to get a strut bar, but i have heard that the accord V6 strut bar will not fit perfectly unless some modifications is done

so...u think this is fit perfect?

all the cls 97-99 are based on the 94-97 accord chassis. a strut bar from a 94-97 cord will work fine. all the cls have the same stock strut bar to begin with. the one on my 2.2 is th same as the 3.0

 

I wouldnt think there would be a difference. The only differences I can think of would be things like DRLs, degress Celsius, kph (?) and stuff like that
