Tein SS-P & Alignment.

For anyone that has Tein SS-P(basic, SS or any other coil over system), at what ride height did you have the alignment done? At stock level or at your desired drop? Also, would it be necessary to have an alignment done after every alteration in ride height?

from what I heard, supposedly your supposed to get alignment after every time you mess with the suspension. but just put it how low you want it, and once your happy with everything go get alignment.

I figured that much. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case though cause when its rainy season down here it floods like a tsunami wave came through. I'm paranoid about driving through flood water so I'd defiantly be raising it when there's heavy rain but to have to get an alignment every time would hurt the wallet. Oh well i guess its better than worn tires.

Get a hydro-bypass valve for your CAI... Then there will be no worries.

The only problem with lowering your car is finding a place that will align your car. Not too many BIG name places will touch your car. Or if they do they will just take it to factory specs and no more.

no one could get me on the lift also. so i havent gotten an alignment ever since i dropped the car. whats weird is that i see the negative camber but i havent seen any premature wear yet. its been along time too.
