i went to shop and he said that just for the custom piping would be $65, but if i get cat-back piping, that would be $165... do you guys think it's worth? and..good price??

(btw, i decided to go with just one exhaust...)

165 for piping from cat-back is kinda expensive...got mine done on my civic for only $50.... (but it was at a mexican chop.....i mean shop)

i would say 100 at the most depending on how well you can talk him down..and how many bends are in the piping....the pipe alone should only be like 15-20 bucks...you can buy them at home depot...the labor is what gets you....how many bends in the pipe will determine labor

 

oh.. for the cat-back pipe also??

i have a tanabe hyper medallion and love it, you will too. When i got mine everyone on this board hated on it, "oh that exhaust has the worst drone i have ever heard on a car". It is one of the best exhausts i have heard on a car, and stays quiet. I bought a catback for a 94-97 accord and had it modded to fit, cost me 140, but its all stainless.

 

i did the exact thing you are planning right now. i got a straight pipe done at meineke and got the tanabe hyper medallion muffler and its sick as shit. go ahead and do it. i got my straight pipe done for i think around 100 and the muffler i got for only 120, so about 220 total for the whole thing. you wont regret it thats for sure

 

spend the doe and get that Dual
