Just got my car recently.....and now that its outta the body shop....i already bought the system putting it in this week sumtime......i know im gonna get a lot of comments about why would u spend your money on that lol........but here go's
--- alpine v12 4 channel amplifier $399
--- (2) alpine v12 mono amplifiers $798
--- (2) 12" alpine type R subs $500
--- vented box designed specially for the subs $170
--- alpine type R, 4 way component speakers (front) $265
--- alpine type S, 2 way speakers (rear) $150
--- alpine deck $250 (7" flip up in december)
--- amp kit $112
--- (2) power flow kits $120
--- 1000 watt capacitor (not enough but enough for now) $110
hope someone appreciates it...lol but yeah pics sometime when i get it all installed.....1

alpines are good subs.. just pricy.. alpine amps are worth it.. i would of gotten better subs.. u could get really good subs for aorund $100 a piece
Diamond audios or kickers comp vr
wat kinda of bass cap.. stinger cap is the best so is pheonix gold
your gonna need a optima battery yellow top $150 or so
u must of done those big store purchases.. u should of gone to a small audio store u get great prices.
let us know how it sounds when u do hook it up.

wow, who the hell did you buy that suff from? I bought both my 12" type-r's for half what you paid like two years ago. You spent WAY too much buddy. did you do your research?

o yeah forgot to tell you guys with my discount everything came out to 1400$ including tax and install lol.......sorry.........nooo no way in my life would i pay that much.....got each amp for 50 % off each sub 60 % off.......box 50% off......wiring kits 75% off..........speakers 40% off....... sooo lol.....retails at about 3000$ got it for lil more than half off........sorry guys

i work at best buy.....mobile dep't in patchogue new york.....lol why would i make that up....? and the reason why i have that kinda money in the first place is because i sold an x box 360 for a grand....right outside my store lol

best buy employees get everything for "cost" how much the store actually pays for it soooo and install is free most of the time...they made me pay like 150 though cuz it aint a little small install

lolol make it up? i work at best buy...employee numbers are 611747 best buy in patchogue....mobile dep't manager john, store manager = frank........my car isnt out of the shop yet.....gets out tomorrow and i'll have pics asap.....im not being an asshole about it and making it up...

so u saying rockford and alpine sucks? everything else we have sucks...besides that stuff...othawise i wouldnt buy it....if you buy alpine's from best buy...or buy em from sound tracks....? theyre the same thing lol so whats the diff

if you knew anything about audio i wouldnt question you....p3's arent top top top end stuff but certainly more than the middle of the road item...same thing goes for alpine type R's and the component speakers they carry are almost the best components made (any brand) and amps certainly arent bad either...

ayyo what you got in your car? and i wasnt saying its competition...... did i? quote that....i know a lot about all audio...i only work for it...no? and i guarantee u dont know shyt about audio n you's jus a nigga who kno's boom (bass) and the system i got is better than 80 % of the people on here...although everyone on here is here for engine work...i jus aint up to it yet...got the car a week ago.....

o yeah, i dont think that Blocked Shot's Alpine system is anywhere near my
JL Audio XR components, CDT 3-ways w/ fiberglass mold for the front door panels,
MMatts coaxial speakers, 3 10'' w3, 500/1 JL, 400/4 PG.....
i use a Alpine 9853 or whatever its called headunit, i dont think alpine components/amps are
even comparable to JL Audio products. I just want a 4 gauge amp wiring kit for my celica.
THATS going to be a strictly boom box stereo with hifonics 1000/1 amp + 3 10'' PG speakers.

No I have heard the alpines than these speakers, I think alpines don't have the 'natural' sound.
