i wuz thinking about swapping my engine on my 97' 3.0 CL with the 2001 CL-S...but would tha 2001 CL-S engine fit in my car or would i have to buy a special kit to make it fit??? and iz it worth tha money??

 

its an 7000+ engine, not worth it at all, buy a new car.

 

just swap a sr20det motor in it and call it a day..

its a nissan motor don't even try it.. an h22a is your closest cheapest swap.. most practical would be a cl-s swap.. but their the biggest sleds around.. (not slower then a 1st gen mind you)

 

at this point you should entartain the idea of a car swap.
