SuperCharger for $170

Here
I wanted to ask you guys before buying this 'dream' kit. it says it'll give 20something HP by putting this 'thing' between your intake and filter.

This looks very similar to that damn POS that you see on those infomercials; the tornado gas-saver-something-or-other. I think the consensus was that it DID NOT work!

Here's one of many threads about the Tornado: Thread.

If you do a "search", you'll find many more.

true dat....i would never get one of these....anything you see on a late night infomercial is prolly not too dependable IMO.

I saw a probe with a leaf blower strapped to the intake. Looked pretty funny, I don't know how well it worked.

I saw the same one. It was a white GT with a Kicker License plate cover. It had exaust and a shiny front KU license plate. The blower was gas powered so everytime the guy filled up his car, he would fill up the blower. It was a great idea. I think he gained 3.765482 HP, but it was offset by the added weight. Looked really cool though...great mod....

...I think his name was Steve, but I'm not sure.

I wanna use that on my RC Gas Car. Man you can never trust a new supercharger for anything lower than 1500. That would be a total waste of money.
