Subwoofer/dynamat question

Subwoofer/dynamat question

Hey, to anyone who has subs..do you guys use dynamat? Or how do you get rid of the rattling?

I put it on the inside of the trunk lid and it seems to get rid of like 75-80 percent of the rattling. That may differ depending in your setup, I have only one 12" JL Audio sub, so if you have more or bigger drivers it may not work as well.

how easy is it to remove all the carpeting in the trunk and put it back in? Is it just held it be clips or what?

yeah, its just clips that hold the carpet to the trunk lid, easily removed
