I installed a generic (el cheapo) upper rear strut bar about 6 months ago and noticed a positive difference. You can tell its there on high speed 90 degree turns. I also installed an additional front strut bar which I later removed because I didn't feel any difference. Besides, I thought it looked funny with the stock front bar.

I bought it on ebay for less than $20 plus shipping from racesonic. It was for a 94-97 Accord. Item # 2403458502 looks like what I bought. It was an easy install, but I had to remove the back seat to get at 2 of the bolts.
I'm guessing Accord sways will fit but I haven't researched it yet. I'm getting springs & struts first.
