Well, this morning started up and the radio refused to turn on?! I checked the fuse and it's fine, the radio has power to it, since it DID spit the CD out for the last time when I pressed eject but it just doesn't want to turn on! The damn thing just has the security LED flashing like it's not getting the "enable" from the ignition key. I've had the ignition cylinder warranted as per recall a while back or so they say they "replaced" it.
Has anyone experienced the same problem as this or it's something my CL just decided to do on it's own? I'd appreciate to hear any input before I started tearing up my dash lookin for gremlins...

 

have you disconnected your battery, then put back the password.??

 

Yeah, I tried that but there isn't even a "CODE" prompt after that either

 

did u check the fuse under the dash?? ok did you check the fuse under the hood? thats what it sounds like to me... check cig. lighter fuse also

 

I had the same problem you radio is busted

 

That's what I figured I took it out already and it's time for an upgrade, I guess it's a good that it happened, otherwise I'd have the crappy stock one for a while.
