Since I've had, my shocks/springs installed I've noticed a strange "knock" that seems to come from the driver's front wheel area. It really sounds like something smacks something slightly. It's mostly noticeable during breaking on slow speeds. If you open the window you can definitely hear it sometimes. I also feel it in the brake pedal and clutch pedal. What the hell could it be? I guess I'll take it back to the shop and have them check it out, maybe they forgot to tighten some bolts.

SORRY i dont have an answer but i have the same problem but in the pass wheel, i never installed springs or anything and i brought it to the dealer twice and they did not fix anything. still have the noise. its startin to piss me off

Do you get it only at low speeds, below 10mph? Do you feel it in your pedal?

yes only at low speeds, 10 and under. maybe 15 sometimes. cant say anything about the pedal since i have to get my front rotors cut but it was happening before i had vibration from the rotors....
the service guy says the mechanic banged the brake plate back, that should do it, as soon as i pulled out of the lot it happened.

Damn it. Have to take my saturday to take it in and have it checked out:angry: I assume it has something to do with the spring install, since it never happened before. I think that it is getting worse too.
