i was pulling in my phone car charger when i notice it was the wrong one cuz i recently got a new celly...i pulled it out and the fuse and the top part of the charger got stuck in the cig lighter....i got this pencil n was tryin to get the fuse out but lil sparks was popin when i tried..finally i got it all out but myradio doesnt work....the lil red light still blinks n sheit n i it still eject my cd ....so wats the deal wit it? do i need to change out the fuse..oh yeah on the way home from work today i got a freakin speedin ticket...it was bs i czu i went ova 7 miles of the speed limit...man im havin a bad day.....

your fine.. look underthe hood and change the radio fuse.. i think its is a 20a or 10 fuse.... this problem happened to me like 2 days ago

There are two power sources for the radio circut. One is the battery power supply 12v (yellow) and one is the acc trigger (red) which is only powered when the key is on. Hence the are on two different fuse branches. The switched power (red) is under the radio fuse and the constant power (yellow) is fused under the radio backup under the hood. The backup fuse is still good so the cd player will just act like the car is off since there is no power to the red wire. most aftermarket cd players will blink the red security light and ejact a cd with the ignition off.
