I was wondering if someone can tell me what a good price is to buy a 2.2cl premium headunit (cd player and am/fm) from a fellow board member. I ahve one lined up, anyone interested in selling theirs.

Yeah, because I said that I was trying to get one with the cassette player also? Come on read the actual post, it says cd player and am/fm radio. Oh and the sarcasm for the prices has been noted, but you see, this is why I am asking about USED headunit, not a brand new one. Try and read the post next time.

I never aid that I wanted the tape player, my CL didn't come with one, just a cd and AM/FM. Hence why I only want those two things. I am still looking for one if anyone is interested in selling.

 

i have one actually two but neither CD player works but the Radio works Oh yeah the tape player works

thanks for the offer, but I am trying o get XM radio for my birthday so I don't really need another radio w/o cd player, I alsomlike how the stock headunit looks, so that is why I want a replacement.

 

Yea i like the stock HU because i think the after market ones look cheap for the most part and ask for theives but after my second stock CD player started the PEO crap and it was no longer covered under warranty i wasnt going to lay out the $400 the dealership was asking for another HU that would probably die in a year or so Now i have the pioneer which i dont love how it looks but its not too bad and sounds so much nicer than the stock one even with stock speakers and has a lot more functions... Just something to think about

 

hey u were talking bout gettin xm in ur cl i have it in my 99 3.0 its nice i discontinued the service tho cuz i cant drive for another 3 months my i got suspended do to street racing in my dads benz oops lol well the antenna is not my fav place but it was a gift so its all good

 

cool, which unit did you get? Where did you get it from?

 

um its the poineer one......i dont no the exact model number if u need it ill go check.....my parents got it at the local audio store called audio sensations
