Steering wheel vibrates
Sometimes when i start my car the steering wheel vibrates for a second. Did anyone else notice that? What could be the problem. My brother has a Honda Accord and his steering wheel does that all the time when he stops at a red light.

will acura replace my rotors for free? i have 22,500 miles and i bought it feb. of 2002
I just put new rims on a few thousand miles ago, they should need a balance already? should they?

they might replace them for free, depending on the amount of wear on your brake pads. there was a tsb out about this, print it out and show it to them (I posted it below).
and you shouldn't need your wheels balanced again after a few thousand miles... try taking it back to where you got the rims put on and bug them about it

dotn waste your money buy some nice Brembo's off ebay and then install them yourself it shoudl only take about 3 hours max for all rotors to be done if you know what your doing
i would get slotted for the front and slotted and drilled for the rear, most say slooted and drilled for the front but i have found that with a FWD car and you brake, where does the brake dust go, the first place it can fill up at, the holes, this gives off skweeks and noises, slotts allow the dust to move out and the holes keep it in there
but just a thought

Yeah, i'm going to do that, I just got back from the Acura Dealer and did my 22,500 mile service and my tranny recall...it shifts alot smoother now, and the steering wheel isnt vibrating as much! So i'm just going to save my money up and get those brembo rotors or some rotora's and some ceramic brake pads...I'm hoping i can get it all done b/w $300-$400...
