Depends if you''re a 97 or 98-99 CL first of all, the steering wheels and airbags are different. I swapped mine to an 01 CL-S Sport steering wheel but I had to swap airbags. You can swap any 1 stage airbag, you can't swap the 2 stage airbags used in the later CL's, RSX's etc.

mines a 97, sorry for asking im new to the CL world, but so you have some recommendations? thanks
With the 97 you're extremely limited, I think 94-97 accord steering wheels will work. What I did was get a 98-99 airbag and swapped in a 01-03 CL Type S steering wheel. Others have done S2000 and RSX's but you will need to swap the airbag as well. The big thing is that you need the earlier stage 1 airbags as the stage 2's in the later years will not work with our airbag wiring. Here's my 2nd gen CL/TL/MDX steering wheel in my 97 with a 98-99 CL airbag
