Springs question

I have a pro kit and was wondering if the compressed part of the rear springs (compressed being coiled closely) goes on the top or bottom. I saw someone said that the eibach goes right side up but i also heard someone say it goes upside down. Please help me out. Also it is right that the equally compressed springs go on the front right? thanks a lot Oh i did do a search and didnt find my answer please help

FUCK FUCK FUCK I got it off, compressed it but couldnt get the top bolt to come off to get the strut out. Than i couldnt get the compressor off and now i cant get the lower mount back on the strut. FUCK I just wasted today and all i got was my stock shock/spring off and now my stock shit half way on plus i dont know if im ever going to have white hands again. No more mods for me, i think these springs need a new home.
