Spring Suggestions??
Spring Suggestions??
Greetings, friends. I am looking to put some springs on a 1999CL 3.0. I currently have some H&R OEs on my 1999TL and I'm wondering if I can use them on the CL?
If not, can someone suggest a spring? I'm looking to drop the CL about 1" or a little more--nothing too agressive.
Thanks,
SKD

I've done a search, but I don't have the time to invest into 20+ pages of content. I checked the H&R site and they don't even list a spring for the CL--just spacers or something like that. I'll check eBay.

so your time is more valuable than ours?
dont be an asshole.
refine the search in the first gen section and skim them till you find out what you need.

if you had done even the tiniest bit of research you would have know that you shoudl be loking for accord springs..
damn yall, tear him apart why dont ya.
i would suggest suspension technique springs. thier for the 94-97 accord. i have them. theyre alittle better for handling not much better than stock. but they ride alot like stock springs. only a 1.25" drop. eibach's do handle better, but these ride better.

Hobo-
Thanks for the criticism. I can tell by your rhetoric that you're a pretty sharp cat. First the 'asshole' comment then the follow-up 'tiniest bit of research' slam. Listen, you saw the title of the thread and you could have easily passed it up. Now, unless you're totally bored or entirely stupid (I'm banking on the latter), then fu** off and leave me be. I came here looking for help; I can see that this community isn't nearly as helpful or considerate than those at AW.
So, my man Hobo, you've gotten me off to a real nice start here. Although, I can't blame you. If you really are riding with less than 80IQ points under the hood, I've got to be pretty low-hanging fruit for you to pick on (the "noob"). I sure wish I saw you around town--as I understand it, it's hard to pick up teeth with broken fingers . . . wouldn't mind seeing that.
