anyone have instructions for spring n shocks?? or at least the knowledge of how to do it..?? im broke and im sick of lookin at all my shit just layin on my floor

For the front...

Start by removing the 3 nuts on the strut tower, inside the hood.

Jack the car up (both sides)

remove the brake lines (2 screws)

There will be 2 bolts at the bottom of the shock, I think you have to remove a bolt from the upper controll arm to get the assembly out

Use a spring compressor to get the springs off.


Hope this helps, I am going from memory. I put my springs in about a year ago.

For the back...

remove the nuts on the shock tower inside the trunk, you will need to pull up the cloth stuff to get to them

Then there is a bolt on the bottom of the strut.

That should be it, the hardest part is to get the bolts off.

If your going to do it, make sure you have some help. Hopefully the help knows what they are doing also.
