Hello everyone, recently I recieved a speeding ticket for going 66 mph in a 45 mph zone, the cop said I was drag racing and slapped on a fine for that also. The car that I was supposedly racing was at least a car in front of me. I believe that the police clocked him instead of me. We both got tickets for the exact same thing but how is this possible if he was ahead of me? Anyway I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to get this ticket ammended so that I can double it and get it off my record. Any input is welcome, and yes I know that going that fast was stupid and I shouldn't have been going that fast in the first place. Thanks in advance.

 

get a lawyer, go to court, he wont be able to prove that it was you that he raydared and you should get it(or some of the ticket dropped). Atleast that is what you would like to happen.

PS: your mod list is annoyingly long, but just my opinion.
