Sponsorships?
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about sponsorships? Well, if you do tell me the benefits and the disadvantages as well as how to apply for one. Thanks in advance

ummm sponsorships how? by companies of products...????!!!
its easy.... you use there products and only their products or most of.... you call them and tell that what you have... if they are interested they will ask for pics etc.... but you have to have a car that is of worth to them.... show car etc... but its up to them!
for instance.... I am trying to get under Team Phoenix Gold... I have a competition Sound Sys. being installed using their newest products, they have agreed to send me variousd team items and want pics of car and installl..... I am now a member at TEAM PHOENIX GOLD when competitoion starts in Daytona in march....

i'm sponsored by DMK PERFORMANCE. i love it , i get shit for half price and if i want they'll put what ever i get on for free. i had to put three stickers on my car to advertise for them thats it. i guess it helps being good friends with the owners to

i am spending lots of money and being productive. but nobody recognizes me. its all good. i like to run solo. no teams. no sponsorship. i just want free stuff. but if sponsorship will get me free stuff i will use and abuse then quit.

write a letter to the company letting them know what you've done, what you plan to do, and how you'll get the word out on their products. I have a few sponsorships on my hot rod. I just let them know about me, my car, and the shows and trips i plan on taking it to. It'll be hard to get a sponsorship in the import scene unless you already have a sick car, or have had your name around the scene for awhile.
