Spark Plugs

Changing plugs to Denso Iridiums this weekend. Anyone wanna fill me in with the quirks you guys had at changing the plugs?

I also hear the rear 3 plugs are a bitch to get out...Any hints on the best way to change those?

Oh yea...And what should the gap be?

Thanx ahead.

I changed mine over a year ago...don't remember anything special so it must have gone pretty easy.

All done...

Alot easier than I thought. Oil change + Denso iridium swap = <1 1/2 hrs. Not too bad.

RICE: Did you use anti-seize? If not, and you are keeping the car, pull them out and use it, if it isn't too late.

What part number are the plugs? Where do you get them...tuner shops, online, etc?

They're IK16 Denso Iridium plugs. Got it online from yahoo! shopping.

anti-seize is basically a lubricant. A "one-serving" pouch at a local car part store is like $.99. You apply it on the threads to keep it plugs from...seizing. With the high temp and tight install, it's a good and cheap precaution.
