this has been so disgusted.
that's just the nature of the springs man. the back drops lower than the front.
are you sure you didn't mix up the front and rear springs though?

Dude, we have so many hate threads on those damn things, why did you get them in the first place? It's the prokit, that's what it does...

Hey the prokit is great if you want a light drop. I was happy with it until I was willing to sacrifice the comfort.

The Pro Kit sucks. I had it before I bought my coils. I don't recommend cutting anything, it's just asking for trouble. Just live with it for now until you can afford something better.

the solution is to not buy them, lol.

they drop 1.8 front and back. since the car doesn't sit level stock it stays that way. it'll get worse too, mine rides like shit.

I like the prokit...but thats crazy a 3 finger gap!

Probably the only 2 solutions you have:

1) Spend the money and get coils or different springs up front( S.Tech's do a nice drop)

2) Cut um and get a shitty ride.

Goodluck dude, havent seen you on here for some time!

You could raise the rear's with poly spring seats.

something is def off with those springs. My car sits on prokit springs, which i thought were sportlines but found out they were prokits when i went to examine the cracked spring in the rear.

no huge uneven gap . Did u buy the v6 springs maybe? Or put them in the wrong location? Or they need to settle, unless you bought them used?

That would be swtichfootvz. He had a 2.3 but idk if he got the v6 springs. He probably did which is why he never posted any pics of it on or mentioned anything about it before he got the D2s and got banned.

Big question if they are v6 springs... did he tell you they were v6 springs? If not, that's pretty reprehensible, and then I wonder if him selling them on this site was how you got them. If so, I wonder what the mods do about that kind of seller conduct.

Maybe someone else knows for sure, but I think I remember the springs having the part number printed on them. If so, check them out! 3.0 springs will say 4027.140, whereas the others will say 4011.140.

I agree. If he didn't tell you they were v6 springs and knew it, that was pretty underhanded..of course he would say he didn't know though..but then again he might not have known..hmmmm...

He was banned for a week for ignoring warnings, he'll be back, like others said, you can see the model number right on the springs

Damn dude, sucks. That explains why he never posted pics.
You can't totaly blame him though unless he said they were 2.x springs. Still kinda sneaky that he didn't mention they were v6 springs..
He got banned for advertising his wheels in every other thread he posted in...I think.

For your sake, good luck with the sale. If you have the tools, I am more than happy to walk you through the removal and install of springs. It's actually really easy.
