So Many Problems

my auto window down for driver side is not working all the time, i have to hit it up multiple times for it to even, sometimes i hit it so much that it takes 4-5 autodowns to get the window COMPLETELY down, my driver side HID doesnt turn on sometimes, or fades off when driving, i have to blink them to get them on again, steering wheel sinces to just different , i don't even kno whow to explain it, i'm at 55k miles now, and my red light thing went on for maintenance, should i get the 60k tune up done asap? any solutions to my above listed problems?
