so... i got a turbo for my 2.3... guess what happend. I got a ticket for $290 for going 33 over when i was testing it. now i have 5 points on my lisence and and a court date. sucks to be me right?

That is the possible penalty if you role over and just pay it.

Take online driver improvement course for $50, go to court, plead guilty to doing 10 miles over show judge certificate of completion for D.I.P. and you will probably get 1 point $125 fine.

Thats what I got for 74 in a 40 mph and I have a bad driving record.

5 points is nothing. get your weight upppp. I should have a total of nine. Fortunately i only have 4 now. Still have my hearing though for excessive speed, that'll be on Dec. 28th. That day you will be reading a post from me pissed about how i wont be able to drive for 15 days or something i think and have to take some class. sweet right? no.

i fell into a speed trap...........doing double the speed limit but the car next to me got pulled over either that or he tried to pull me over and the other car stopped instead.

Or maybe they hated on him 1st, like i've encountered with police that look at my skin color and make their own deductions before even hearing me speak and end up disrespecting me (and im not even dark!). I've had my fair share of police encounters, and not cuz i look for it or act illegally but because some of them target certain races or cultures because of their own preconceived notions, which is wrong. I've had police officers ask me 3 times "are you absolutely sure this is your vehicle" with the evidence of my license registration and insurance right in front of them like i can forge that shit, and same for my boys w/nice cars. Its like some of them have a power complex too, like everything they say is right cuz they have a badge.

But on the other hand i've met police officers who are out to do their job professionally and actually help and, and treat everyone equally in making sure we abide by the law. Its just a little harder to come by.
