side view mirror replacement?
I don't know what happened. But, while I was in the bank today something happened to my passenger side mirror. It's completely gone, the brackets broken and the mirror casing is cracked. So, how much is it going to cost me? Should I attempt to attach the new one myself?

If its just the mirror yeah change it your self buy a new one in a junk yard it should go for around $90 dollars and the mirror is just attached by three lugs in the inside of the car all you have to do is take the cover of and place the new mirror in.

i broke mine off too, but i pulled it apart and superglued the broken part back together.
total cost: 2 bucks for the glue.
EDIT: the casing is broken-ouch they wailed on it. To buy a new one it was almost 200 bucks, so i would check a junkyard or you will have to bite the bullet and buy a new one.

thanks for the suggestions, I 'm starting to look for one in a salvage yard.

Make me an offer. I was thinking of $30 plus shipping. Tell me what you think, you don't have to go searching junk yards.
Email me at james@dartpc.com or pm me.
Thanks,
James
