Short Intake

I have just installed short air intake. I am getting humming. Is that normal?

Does it sound like parts vibrating? Or a hum made by the air. The intake i put in has a small tone that it makes at idle, and it turns into a scream at full throttle.

I figured that it's filter is humming when it's idle. Which one you have? I got generic.
