do you run the ac all the time? i usually get like 29 mpg, but only about 25 mpg if i run the ac (or drive 80+ all the time).

i've found it's a little tricky with the automatic climate control system too, 'cause it'll automatically use the ac. what i do is turn the ac off after i turn the climate control on.

I get a little more than 300 on the 2.2 CL. I suppose if you drove it hard enough you could get the kind of mileage that you're discussing, but you more likely have something wrong with your car.

I used to get around 320 miles (from full till the gas light came on)on my 3.0, then my O2 sensor went bad and I went down to 180 miles (from full till the gas light came on). I had my O2 sensor replaced, but my gas mileage never came back.

i filled up today at 360 miles after using 12.5 gallons, which is about 29 mpg. not bad, considering a full tank is what, about 17 gallons?

and like you Busch102, i too got better mileage from my old accord - i could usually get about 32 or 33 mpg from my '89 accord, but then again, i wouldn't expect a 98 hp engine to eat all that much gas...

ahhh, i hate it when people say "FULL TANK"

FIGURE OUT YOUR TOTAL MILEAGE, PLEASE!

cuz people fill up at different points and consider it a full tank...

i usually get about 20 mpg, my DAD considers a full tank as soon as it hits the 1/4 mark, and at that point here is still ike 6 gallons of gas left... i usually shoot for around 270 miles(so about 13.5 gallons used) or so and then refill

If your getting shitty gas mileage, here are some things to look at. First off, when was your last oil change, second, how often do you stop and go, and stomp on it and then slam on the brakes, and last of all, which is probably the most important, BUY A NEW FUEL FILTER, not very many people think of changing it, because it's not something you think about all the time, you know. You should change it every 30,000 miles. When i changed mine, i noticed a difference. After you get an oil change, and get the fuel filter, try getting one of those fuel injector cleaners, and then reply to us on the difference. If it still sucks, then I will ask around for you, as to why your getting bad mileage, and i'm sure others will to.

1. Oil Change
2. New Fuel Filter (helps a lot if you have a lot of miles on your car, and never gotten a new one before)
3. Drive moderately
