i just noticed this, at the bottom of the seat belt (near the seat frame and the door), is one of the mounting points, and there's a plastic cover over the actual bolt that swivels with the seat belt. anyone tell me how to pop the cover back on???

don't ask how it popped out in the first place, i didnt even know it happened until i was cleaning out my car just now
