The Search Button

So i was sitting around being bored, and just went on here and looked around like i usually do, and it just hit me how many times people are told to search, and i was thinking maybe they dont know it's there since you have to become a member to use it, so why isnt the search function public? and also maybe it should be cleaned up, cuz the most commonly asked questions are asked so frequently, that when they do search, all they can find is people telling them to search. just an idea, feel free to shoot it down and call me a moron. lol.

I wish searching here was as easy as googling shit, haha. I generally just give up after about 4 clicks.

If people searched more, there wouldnt be threads telling people to search. and as long as you use the right keywords, its not hard to find shit.

Cause they dont live on here. For example, Chris just helped me get my capacitor on for my subs and amp and now he's probably chillin.

But your idea to clean up the threads and shit isnt exactly stupid, someone would just have to go in and actually delete all that shit, but thatd take too much time, thus making your idea 'stupid'.

Google's main results when I search for anything on this car is this forum

and anything 3 letters or under you can use * and it works. People just need to search. It's not public because we don't want just anyone using our site, we have members for a reason.
