my stupid windshield wiper started to come off on the drivers side and made a slight but noticable groove on the glass, I'm thinking there is a way to remove it or buff it out some how, does anybody have any suggestions to remove it, thanks!!

Can you feel it? If so you might be out of luck. Most of the glass polishes they have in the stores are only for ones where u can see but can't feel.
