?'s on Camber Kits
ALRIGHT, just some quick question.
I need a camber kit in a bad way.
What are the differences between a ball joint kit and reg. kit? I know they go two different places, but what would be the benefits of either of them?
There are soooo many different choices on Ebay. Generic to ingalls. Does it REALLY matter about brand? Is it like a AEM-Ebay intake issue? Cuz if thats the case, i could care less about name, as long as it does its job.
Please school me in the camber kit area. Thanks

Insert Sarcasm Here
there are ball joint and controll arm kits.
The Ball Joint kits are a little more expensive but work better IMO. The control arm kits are alot easier to install. The main difference is what the bushing is made out of. You might not want to get "no name" off of ebay.

Do not get anything but ball joint camber kit.
I repeat. Do not.
Reason being because if car is lowered, chances are the controll arm kit will have interference with wall. Ball joint kit is as easy as the control arm kit only you will need a ball joint press to get the old joint out and new one in. I am doing it all myself with out the $300 press. I am using the vice to get them out and will be trying a Cclamp to press them in. I bought the eibach kit which in fact is made by SPC. They are sending me the new plates to press because apperently honda has 2 diff diameters as far as the opening on the control arm.
I repeat. Do not.

You can either buy the ball joint press or you can hammer yours in/out like me.
In the end it all depends on how handy you are with tools.
