Don't know why I didn't notice this so much before, but just the other day I noticed that the top of the rotors (all 4) are rusted. Calipers look a bit rusted also. The surface(s) look fine, just the tops. Looking at recalls for the CLs (at least 1st gen), I didn't see anything. Not a car expert, so I'm wondering if this is anything that needs to be addressed soon. Pads were new on the car when I recently bought it. If so, what is the normal cost for rotors at a good independent shop (forget the dealer)?
