Rotor Question

I need to know if I just use cross drilled rotors with I have less brake dust. Im using slotted and cross drilled now and I have heavy brake dust on my wheels.

Any Suggestions

Common logic would say that a rough surface will cause more pad material to be shaved off. If it were me choosing a rotor of the sort, I would just go with powerslots and not drilled.

Its more dependant on your pad material and braking habits too. I'd look into different pads like EBC green or red's.

almost any discs that are slotted will create MUCH more brake dust then regualar disc. The slot in the disc acts as a razor blade and shaves the pad every time it passes by it. It creates a better braking surface but its disadvantages are the longevity of the pad and brake dust...

yeah, the more textures, the more pad that gets ripped, I chewed through ceramics way faster with xdrilled slotted, you're better off only using drilled or slotted truthfully. But the ceramics are usually less dusty, just depends on the pad, I use ultimate ceramics, and get less dust
