resonator question

resonator question

for all the people with 22" resonators did u have to custom pipe ur exhaust so it would fit under our cars? Cuz i was going to put one on but its too big with the pipping that i have now.

so get bigger piping. im pretty sure you need 2.5 inch. please dont tell me all you have is a poof can.

yeah bigger piping ftw. without bigger piping, exhaust is kind of pointless. youll still have all that back pressure, compromising the horsepower you could very easily have. all you get is a lame ass sound if you dont have piping. not enough air flowing through that muffler.

im gettin a new muffler magnaflow or apexi ws universal leaning towards apexi though. what size pipe i get though? 80mm or 60mm?

80. a 60 is like the size of a longboard wheel. or do you mean your actual piping itself? and if your getting a new muffler you really should get new piping or else its pointless

well it said 80 was for turbo so i go 60. ya wen i get my apexi im gonna go to a shop for 2.5 piping n put on my resonator. so its gonna b like $200?

it all depends on where you go. id say anywhere from 200-300, but thats just my best guess. call and ask around for price quotes?
