they fit well.. just like the M3 style... I havent done it yet, but you can probaly shave a mm off the bottom to sit better in the molding... check the pics...

sup casper98cl.. so you are selling your whole body kit for $1500 shipped right? well if you are selling the kit, can you tell me the condition of all of them... By the way, I want them but will take me a couple of months.. maybe 3-4 months.. if by that time nobody buys them.. I will SERIOUSLY get it from you.. just need some time to get more cash.. this is my opportunity to get a body kit.. thanks...

1st one that walks with it...
condition:
Rear: Hair line crack by the license plate and on the driver side by wheel well; I think its the paint cracking only... otherwise PERFECT!
front: Has a small gouge on front driver side. Its about the size of a quarter. If you have to paint it (its in tafetta white) you can get it fixed easily... otherwise its PERFECT!
side skirts: PERFECT!

casper...give me a full description of the air ride... i started to think about it and i am concerned about camber issues...comfort level? cornering abilities? i want the capapbility of adjustments in hi\eight, but i dont want to loose my cornering and also have camber problems. when its at a certain height is the camber good...does it handle well around corners? bumps? keep me posted man...im ready with cash!

d5c5b... No camber probs.. I get even ware on my tires... You have a 2" above stock lift and I drop a 1/4" off the street with bodykit (maybe 5" drop)... Ride is great... It depends on how high you ride... cornering is tight... like coilovers depending on ride height.. I ride at about 1 finger gap over each wheel... Bumper are like any suspension... You will need to get used to it for a week (i.e. controls, up / down, refilling, etc...)... It is a great feature to have for bumps, driveways, etc... let me know if you want it... I have to set a date to get them removed and put shocks/springs back... so let me know if you want it...

Hey Casper....you still have the mirrors?...if so let me know, I can pick them up personally this weekend since i'm from NJ...also will you go a "bit" cheaper since you don't have to ship?.....if not it's no problem, but I definately would like them a.s.a.p.......thanx!!!!!

i dont know man....1500 doesnt sound as good as your first offer. im also a little hesitant on doing an air setup....how can the camber not be an issue? if i wanna ride with a one finger gap is that where the camber was setup straight? or is there even a camber situation with air? im a little worried....

look... $1500 is the price... I dont need a set of shocks/springs anymore....
I dont know the logistics of it.. When it sits on the floor there is a complete toe in... but when up at driving height (1 finger) I had NONE... My tires are worn evenly!!!!
Like I said I dont know why... what are you worried about?! I dont understand?!
I am not out to screw anyone... I am being 100% honest and straight forward... If you want it.. but it.. if not.. thats kool...

The way it works is fairly simple really.
When the car is planted on the ground the body of the car sits on the ground causing the control and A arms to move. The inner ends move down with the body of the car and the outter end near the wheels move up in the wheel wells leading to the tires tucking in the fender wells and camber issues. Fortunately you can not drive with the tires tucked. When you raise the car (depending on what height you have it set at) the control and A arms come back to "normal" levels. Meaning the inner ends, toward the middle of the car, raise back up causing the outter ends, by the wheels, to move back down...this leads to the tires "flattening" out again (regaining a full contact patch) so there are no longer any noticable camber issues. Obviously depending on what height you ride at there may be slight camber issues. If you're all the way up you'll have positive camber and if you're too low you'll have some negative camber but since you can adjust the height you can adjust the camber issues as well.

I ride on smooth roads with about 1/2" between the tire and the upper inside fender well. On other roads I get it back up to a finger gap or a little less.You ride too low all the time you will have camber issues, but it's only tires
