Repair manual AND performance chip

Is there a pdf version of a repair manual for our cars?

Also, how does one "chip" these cars? Is there a preferred company?

Thanks,
Gunnar

Thank you so much!

I never found a '97 one but there wouldn't be much difference besides stuff like it having the different interior and different engine. But they're really similar so it shouldn't be too different for most stuff.
