Repair Manual for 97' 3.0 CL

Was wondering where is the best place to buy a repair manual for my car so I can start doing some work on it.

I've searched Ebay and everything seems to be a CD manual that are supposedly used by the dealers themselves. Don't feel real comfortable buying a CD manual, would prefer a book like a Haynes or something just don't know where to find it.

Thanks for any help.

if you do it project by project, your dealer will give you printouts of whatever you need for nothing.

I have the complete Mitchell Repair CD manual for the first Gen. CL. If you have broadband internet I can upload you the ISO or Nero NRG file so you can burn the CD and install the manual. Hit me up on AIM @ aaron1017 or e-mail me @ aaron1@tampabay.rr.com later today.

If your looking to purchase, try Helms Inc. The dealerships used to use and sell these (hardcopy). I don't think they stock them any longer, but I think they still use them.

For the 3.0 CL, you need to purchase a 1997 2.2 Shop Manual and a 1997 3.0 Supplement Shop Manual. It's expensive.

Here's a link to their site:

Can you just burn me a copy of the manual. I attempted to download it when it was 1st available, but it don't work for me.

I'd be happy to cover the costs.
