Can anybody help me...I want to repaint my trim pieces (i hate woodgrain) and I dont want to risk getting overspray on my dash. How do you take the woodgrain piece that houses the AC controls off?? stupid thing has like some hidden screw somewhere that I can't find. Anybody done it before?

I'm gonna redo the interior this weekend so I'll post some pics probably tomorrow

wut i did was sanded it down primed and sprayed the sucker!

as for the ac, you have to remove your radio and you should be able to see like 2 screws holding the ac controls to the woodgrain dash

speaking of this - can we just pry the woodgrain off on the 97s? or is it connected to something?

 

you can pry all but the piece that's connected to the ac unit

 

thats y its not nice to sniff your phone...
