removing the center console for new stereo
I have a 98' 2.3 cl prem...i have wood grain everywhere in my car...how do i get off the center console so i can put in a new stereo?

you dont need to take off the center console to get off the stereo
try using the search button on our boards, its helps out a lot
i think if all you have is the tray and a cd player i would take out the traybelow and i think there are 2 screws holding in the cd player on a bracket, i cant remeber how mine was its been too long since i had my stock headunit in

who got the best deal?
you do have to take it out, lift up your armrest and take out the cd holder, there are two screws there, than your cup holder there are two screws there, than one screw holding them together, open you glove box, another one there on the left, and on the opposite side and you done!!
