so this last weekend i started to insatall my subs. I had gotten all the wires in the power ground and audio cables. but when i pluged it all in, the amp didnt turn on. My friend says its cuz i didn't put in my remote turn on wire. if this is the case were do i wire the remote turn on?

 

Do you have an aftermarket head unit or the stock head unit? The amp is triggered by the HU

no im keeping the stock radio. and im getting my power form the battery

 

i believe on your stock wiring harness the solid blue wire is the wire that you want to connect your amp to. just get a volt meter and find a wire that will give you 12v when car is turned on and 0v when car is off and that should solve your problem
