Rear Wheel

So i notice my car is making a weird noise from the rear wheels, its mostly coming from the right rear wheel. When i break down to 20km/hr or so the noise would go away. But the noise would come back once i accerate. The noise comes on and off sometimes it'll make a whistle noise sometimes there arent any noise. I m pretty sure something is loose but not sure what it is, any ideas?

wheel bearing?
what you need to do it remove your break assembly then spin the wheel by hand
if you are hearing noise/friction then your bearing has got to go
